So we are here to customize a perinatal experience that supports your individual journey that fully nourishes and sustains you for your first postpartum year.

Our hourly rate is $50/hr.

Bond

Your doulas are here to help facilitate a deeply bonded experience with your newborn(s). So get ready to spend time cuddling skin to skin while you create a beautiful rhythm of connection and love. By having a pair of supportive hands to lessen the burden of parenthood you will still have time to find the balance of tending to your little’s every need while still getting to shower daily.

Recover

Welcoming babies into this world is done with considerable effort. Allow your doulas to take the repetitive cycle of chores off your plate so that you can relax into recovery and postpartum healing. By adding doula care to your postpartum plan you receive the opportunity to be nourished with warm nutritious meals, healthy grab’n go snacks, and the chance take care of your body.

Sleep

Everybody could use more sleep. Which is why from day one we practice gentle sleep shaping to lay the foundation for life long sleep habits. Our priority is to ensure your postpartum period is filled with as much rest and rejuvenation as possible. Overnight visits maximize the number of hours you can dedicate to sleeping so that when you wake, you’re the best version of yourself!
