Loving & Nourishing Postpartum Doula Care
Peace of Mind
in Parenthood
For as long as babies have been born, parents have been supported. The myth of the "strong, independent parent" leaves so many families overwhelmed, exhausted, and longing for reassurance. We are here to fill the gaps, anticipate your needs, and walk alongside you in the early months — so you can thrive, not just survive.
What to Expect
Before baby arrives, we’ll make decisions together regarding all aspects of care based on your desired level of support and budget. We recommend having a doula on your first night home to help set the tone — but some families prefer time alone to settle in or share the week of arrival with extended family.
Bespoke Packages
Having doula support 3 nights a week ensures you’re regularly resting so you can be your best self, but some folks opt for more nights and taper down over the course of our contract. For larger care needs, we recommend 7 nights and 3 days a week. Your team would include multiple doulas and streamline the parenting transition.
Setting Your Routine
Our overnight doulas are come for a minimum of 10 hour shifts, most often from 9pm - 7am. If you have multiple children, it can be helpful to arrive before bedtime, so your hands are free to be present for older children’s evening rituals.
Peaceful Presence
You’ll wake after a restful night of sleep to a full breakfast, an empty dishwasher, and fresh laundry. Our first priority is your new baby, followed by attending to the birthing parent, then providing care to the home at-large: meal prep and light cleaning while your family sleeps.
We do take breaks throughout our shift, so our doulas will need a quiet, comfortable space to rest. We’ll take at least a 30 minute nap before leaving to ensure we get home safely.

Placenta Encapsulation
Some families determine that consuming their placentas is the best way to access bioavailable hormones, minerals, and vitamins to encourage nourishment in the postpartum period. We’ll pick up the placenta from your birthing place, prepare encapsulation to your specifications (TCM or Raw), and deliver to your home.
-
Placenta Donation
Placenta tissue can be used to train search dogs in tracking down missing people and finding human remains. This is an issue near and dear to my heart after tragically losing a close friend. If you plan to dispose of your placenta, consider donation as an alternative, and help families find their lost loved ones.

The fourth trimester refers to the first three months after birth—a time of immense physical recovery, emotional adjustment, and bonding for both parents and baby. A postpartum doula helps make this transition smoother and more restorative. Anticipating wanting more support beyond the fourth trimester? No worries!
