The goal of our service is to offer a cost-effective alternative to doing all the legwork of sourcing candidates yourself without paying expensive nanny agency fees. We are not offering a full-service agency package nor are we able to guarantee that one of your 3 referrals will in fact be the perfect fit. If you would like additional support completing some of your next steps listed above or would like additional referrals after you receive your first set, we are happy to support you, but those extras will potentially incur additional fees.
