Sleeping Must Haves
When it comes to sleeping like a pro we take our nursery and bedroom set up pretty seriously. As you know I am obsessed with black out curtains, white noise, and getting rid of blue lights. But what I don’t talk nearly enough about is which firm sleeping surface you might want to invest in (for independent crib sleeping, floor beds, or bed-sharing). There simply aren’t enough words to describe how much I love this mattress. I know that every person has those moments where they feel the power of "adulting” and for me it wasn’t when Andy & I got married, it wasn’t we bought our house, it wasn’t even when I became a mother. If you haven’t heard me talk about my love for BlackoutEZ window coverings it’s probably because we haven’t strategized about sleep. If the room is dark enough it’s really hard for our bodies to resist the physiologically urge to fall into a deep restful slumber. Not going to lie, this was one of the only things I regretted not buying when we had Maverick. Lactation Options
Maverick and I had an incredibly hard time getting into a groove with our lactation goals. Everyone this year got art kits from us for birthday gifts.
