Our philosophy on sleep training is centered on the belief that it is important and valuable.

We take a holistic approach that considers a child's environment, developmental milestones, and familial routine as the 3 Pillars of our practice. By considering all of these factors, we are able to tailor our approach to the unique needs and challenges of each individual family. We strive to make small changes and gradually increase intervention as needed to see big results.

While we tend to work with families who practice intentional parenting opting for gentler methods, we have experience with a wide range of approaches that ultimately ensure sleep progress. Our goal is to provide support and guidance that aligns with your family's values and your child's current (and future) needs, empowering you to find the sleep solutions that work best for your family.

Sweetest of Dreams - Full Service Care

Ages 4 months - 2 years

  • Sleep Intake - You will fill out a thorough questionnaire about your baby’s sleep patterns, environment, and routine so we can get an idea of what you’re going through.

  • Private 60 - 90 Minute Consultation (in-home meeting available with travel fee) - We will go step by step through the questionnaire that you filled out. We will discuss strategies and trouble shoot challenges that you are having with your little one. We will discuss the whole picture, your goals for sleep, and how you want to get there.

  • 2 - 10-Hour Sleep Breaks - Before we begin sleep coaching we will come to your home and give your family two 10-hour nights of sleep. We will assume all responsibilities for overnight care so that you can refill your sleep bank and have enough energy to fuel through the next three days of teaching your littles to sleep.

  • 72 Hours of Around the Clock Care - We stay with your family for 72 hours helping with naps and night time sleep. We will help with educational pieces to encourage the most restful patterns and how to work with your infant to promote natural circadian rhythms.

  • Private Gentle Sleep Rhythms Course - Let us teach you how to create a gentle sleep rhythm for your baby. This course is geared to parents in their prenatal period but can be useful for parents of babies still in their 4th trimester.

  • Private Sleep Basics Class - This class is aimed to help those parents who are ready for action and have specific questions about how to best prepare their family for optimal sleeping. We will help you to find the best sleep hygiene practices for your individual family.

  • Individualized Sleep Plan - Designed for your baby and your parenting style. An easy to follow step by step guide as you teach your child healthy sleep habits.

  • Sleep Log - Daily sleep log monitoring. We will share a Google document where you will keep track of your baby’s routine day to day. In this document you can also ask questions along the way and comment on anything that stands out.

  • Phone Check Ins - 10 (15 minute) daily phone calls to talk about your triumphs from the previous night and strategize how to best head into the next evening.

  • Unlimited Email/Text support - We love to answer your questions and troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. You will have 4 weeks of unlimited email and text support. We will respond within 12 hours.

Creating Gentle Sleep Rhythms

  • Private Gentle Sleep Rhythms Course - During the 4th Trimester you are getting to know your baby. It is way too early to start sleep training but it’s never too soon to start creating a healthy routine to get you and your baby sleeping. We will teach you all about soothing, natural circadian rhythms, and developmental milestones to help you thrive in these first 4 months of living with your babe. By the end of this course you will have established a healthy sleep hygiene foundation, be familiar with safe sleep guidelines, and understand what you can do now to create excellent sleep habits that last a lifetime.

We love supporting families all over the United States. Let us meet you where you are and help you achieve your sleep goals!

  • Transportation - Depending on where you live we will either drive or fly to you. For distances longer than 3 hours we tend to fly simply to get you well on your way to sleeping sooner. It will be your responsibility to cover all airfare (round-trip tickets) or drive time and mileage (reimbursed at the 2023 federal rate of 65.5 cents per mile).

  • Room and Board - It is always our preference to stay where ever makes you feel the most comfortable. We have found that sleep coaching is most effective if we stay with you in your environment. But in some households this arrangement isn’t to most conducive to resting well. It is your responsibility to cover our room and board during our time together.
